Did the job perfectly. Easy to order and very good price. Not the first time I’ve used it. No more lice!
Came quickly and well packaged. Good tracing. Highly recommend this product and this site.

Really helpful to get a larger size tub that will last longer. I use this powder for both my horse's feathers when it is mite season and also for my chicken and duck house. Powder doesn't smell too bad either!

Applied this product over several days( alongside combing with a nit comb from the chemists), it made no difference whatsoever. It was a waste of money I'm afraid. Did some research and found that Lincoln lice powder containing permethrin did the job, killed all the lice in 2 days. Just a light dusting onto her coat once a week has kept the lice and flies away and it didn't affect her at all.

Can you use on cats?
This product is only intended for use on horses and so any use on cats is off license and potentially dangerous.
If you are looking to treat lice in your cats then I recommend using a fipronil based product that is licensed for use in cats such as Frontline or Frontline Plus.

Does this louse powder contain Permathrin?
This powder does not contain permethrin, it is Citriodiol based (0.8% w/w) alongside citronella, lavendar, cedar wood and tea tree oil.

How many horses would a 4kg tub do please
This depends how much is wasted when it is applied. It can be difficult not to lose quite a bit during use. I think you should get up to about 10 thorough treatments from a 4kg tub.
